Content Developer
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining engaging training materials for employees across various departments and levels within the organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create impactful learning experiences that enhance employee performance and contribute to overall organizational success.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop a variety of training materials, including instructor-led presentations, e-learning modules, videos, job aids, assessments, and interactive activities.
- Ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies to create effective and learner-centered training experiences.
- Regularly review and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve training content and delivery.
