Refund Requests: To initiate a refund, please send a formal email to hello@infusestudio.in, detailing the reason for cancellation. Your request will be carefully reviewed by our team. Refunds will be considered for valid reasons such as unforeseen circumstances or emergencies preventing attendance. Each request will be assessed individually. Upon approval, refunds will amount to 2500 INR, equivalent to 75% of the total workshop fee of 2999 INR. Refunds will be processed promptly within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, from the date of approval. Please note that the refunded amount may take additional time to reflect in your account based on your financial institution’s processing times.
